We collect a mobile number for text messaging in one way only: a caller telephones our toll-free customer service line, asks us to text them a page from our website, and gives spoken permission on that recorded call after hearing a disclosure that names us as the sender, states that message frequency varies, states that message and data rates may apply, and explains how to opt out and get help. We use mobile numbers collected this way only to send the specific information that caller asked for, and to reply to messages they send back to us. We do not use them for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. To withdraw consent, reply STOP to any message from us, tell us on any call, or call +1 (888) 652-0052. Reply HELP to any message for our name and our support number. Consent records and the associated call recordings are retained for a minimum of five years from the date of consent or the date of the last message sent to that number, whichever is later.
